AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Please read this agreement carefully and follow these simple rules.

If you don't follow these rules, you will be terminated from the program and any commissions will be forfeited without recourse.

2. Self-Referrals

You must not 'refer' yourself to Niavimi products. Any 'self' purchase commission may be nullified or held back.

3. One Account

You must not create multiple affiliate accounts.

4. Redirect Links

You are encouraged to utilize redirect links in emails and website campaigns and not the direct links you will receive. This increases conversion for both of us and reduces the risk of the links being banned by Facebook, for example. But ultimately the choice is up to you.

5. Negative Campaigns

You must not use any method to attract controversial click-through rates that an ordinary person would deem to portray a negative view of Niavimi products. This creates a bad image for our company and the individuals featured in the products and you will be terminated from the program instantly.

6. Pay-Per-Click Ads

You must not bid on keywords or ad placements containing the words 'Niavimi', 'Succeeder Secrets', 'Smart Succeeder' or any variation of it.

7. Coupon Sites

You must not promote Niavimi products via coupon sites.

8. Domain Names

You must not use the words 'Niavimi', 'Succeeder Secrets', 'Smart Succeeder' or any variations of it in domain names.

9. Niavimi Assets

You must not use Niavimi assets such as videos, images or logo without prior written consent. If you want to use any Niavimi assets in your marketing, please reach out and ask for permission first.

10. No Spamming

DO NOT send spam emails or spam your affiliate link on social media or anywhere else. If we receive spam complaints we'll have no choice but to cancel your account.

11. Legitimacy

We run a legitimate business, which means that we always correctly illustrate and represent our products and their features and benefits to the customer. Please make sure you do the same. Anyone found using misleading claims, inaccurate information or false testimonials, or anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines will have their affiliate account revoked immediately.

12. Payment Delay

Commissions will be paid after 30 days. This is to take into account refunds, fraud and checks.

13. Payment Threshold

Payments will be made once you have reached USD 30 or EUR 30 in commissions (depending on product currency).

14. Payout Methods

You need a PayPal account or a bank account to get paid.

15. Acknowledgement

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
